[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Non delivery of messages to the opposite party. | |
As everyone know almost every Indian will receive promotional emails from Bharat Matrinony.com irrespective of their age. And thus, Email servers are treating emails from Bharat matrimony as "Spams" and it will be auto-directed to spam / junk folder. Still we are receiving some emails in inbox too.
The issue is,
Even for the paid members of Bharat Matrimony, messages will come to Spam folder. Even though there is one inbox in Baharat matrimony profile, when some messages are coming to Inbox, users will not even think of checking spam box. Honestly, more than 50% of my sent messages are not read by the recipient because of this spam issue.
I had a talk with the technical staff, They advised me to add bharatmatrimony's email to contacts. Still the issue remains unsolved.
I have sent complaints so many times, they are still sending automatic reply emails saying
"We regret inconvenience caused to you, already forwarded to the concerned team" Even this email I got in spam folder !!!
This would be disappointing for all Paid members of www.bharatmatrimony.com because, days are counting.
I am not putting my Account ID because, Since I know this issue, I know the solution for my incoming emails. I will check spam folder also. I am only concerned about sending mails.
So this Bharatmatrimony.com review is genuine, I can provide my details with all proof of this issue.
