[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Premium membership - but not getting the services as per our need

We took premium subscription recently and this is the 3rd time,
We wanted to utilize the service according our caste and sub-caste, but we are getting recommendation based only on the caste. customer care executives are giving fake notes stating they will provide the branch assistance.
We are getting the services as free user not as a premium user.
