I paid to Bharatmatrimony on 11th of August for membership, and despite of payment my membership is not activated.
I called them multiple times, opened some kind of tickets( no one looked into it), forwarded the issue to technical teams and despite of all this the problem is still there with no resolution. Everyone seems so clueless, how to get this simple problem resolved. This seems like fraud but Koen system, where you make payment and still you don’t get the service.
Please fix the technical issue ASAP, so that I can use my membership .it’s been more than 10 days and still waiting Was this information helpful? |
