Sub: Request for refund of recharge amount due to inferior service by assisted service personnel of Bharat Matrimony reg.
This is to inform you about my disappointment in the assisted service of Bharat Matrimony. ID E5805569 Midhun M has been registered on assisted service renewed as on 31.08.2021.
I have received little support or service from the contact personnel after renewing the account. The customer service person is scarcely picking up phone or responding to my queries through watsapp. On 08.11.2021 I have registered a complaint regarding the unfavourable service and was informed that I will get a call from the Assisted Service Office Head. But I am yet to get a such a call of grievance redressal till date.
However, the very next day of my registering a complaint, I got several responses of the profiles by the assisted service personnel in a haphazard way. Later on the service stopped and the situation went back to the same. Now, the service personnel is not even attending my family's calls.
Hence I intend to discontinue the assisted service and request you to refund the amount paid against recharge.
