I have booked gas on 27/04/2016 bearing no.15195, but on 13/05/2016 received sms reason stated as "customer request." once booked on 13/05/2016 bearing no.24241 this is happend in regular basis in our area. Please look into the matter seriously so that we can get rid off this pathetic situation.
