Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — non refund of security deposit landline phone

I got disconnected land line phone[protected] installed at my residence 186 motimagri scheme udaipur
On 03may 2017, i surrendered the instrument and deposited in the bsnl store chetak circle udaipur
I have provided a cancelled cheque and requested cao, bsnl, udaipur to transfer the amount in my bank account.
As i have shifted to gurugram, i request for pay by bank transfer.
Bsnl has not been responding to my repeat requests.
Please provide relief to me

help me to find my call records kindly i request you to help me its very urgent i paid some amount to airtel company one of the airtel empolye i came to my home an he took to the money i have been lost my cell phone an i was finding my call records
