On 17/01/2016., I recharged my bsnl no. with Rs.110 Full TT two times by using my mobikwik wallet. I received confirmation message from bsnl. But when checked *123#. The amount was not credited in main balance. I called the customer care. They asked me to wait for 7 days citing that their server is down. After 10 days i called their customer care. Now they told me to contact mobikwik as they do not have any information regarding the transactions. So far nothing happened. This clear case of looting the customer.
