I have renewed card insurance for card on at bharti axa insurance company however it's been 1 month where i have not received the updated insurance, i tried calling the merchant but they are no responding to me request. Please help me with disputing the transaction on my credit card account. I'm really sorry to say this, it's been 45 days since I made the payment to you guys and don't have the policy yet, not steps are taken yet.
I'm really sorry to say this, I'll cancel the transaction which was made to you guys and I'll buy new insurance at Oriental which they'll response to my concern sooner than Bharthi AXA. I have already spoke to them and also with my bank by this Friday. I'll process the request. Thank you so much for your help and support which you've given to me from past 45 days.
