Bharti Axa General Insurance — Policy payment fraud | |||||
I applied for new car policy with Bharti Axa and made them payments online on their website post payments they didnt even send me the acknowledgment for the payments and neither shared the policy. I have written several time to all the leadership of Bharti Axa including Deepak Iyer, CEO, Kiran Jayaraj, Customer service, Sanjay Kumar, Rajgopal and many other executives but none of them are even acknowledging my mail. I am in big issue as I cant go and take policy from any other service provider as they have taken the payments which I doubt they will refund neither they are giving the policy, If in this period God forbid something happens to car I dont know who will be responsible. I shared all details of my payments with them and sending it here too for reference: Bank Transaction detail: Premium INR 11666 transferred on 5th Nov. Bank Details: money transferred from Kotak Bank and debited to BHAAXAGENINS [protected], reference number PG [protected] Car number: UP 14 BN 0353 Quote Number: QRN [protected] (Against this this quote I made the payment) Date: 04 Nov 2015 Kindly help me in making Bharti Axa respond and if possible getting my money back as I dont want policy from such insensitive organization towards the customer. I have make payments (online) for Rs 3564.00(double payment i.e 3564.00 twice) on 01 sep 20 for renewal of my car insurance . Still my car not getting renewed and extra payment (double payment made erroneously ) not been returned by them .

I am a licensed insurance agent and social worker/Activist and could help you to resolve, if by now its not done yet.
Pls email me with above details in post and anything else, however refund will be possible only if a policy is not issued yet. If policy issued but you were not intimated, then it could be a long affair of approaching consumer court as currently Ombudsman is useless as a front of insurers and we are trying to change this (will take time).
