Bharti Axa — Non communication from surveyor / general insurance wing.

I am family physician from hyderabad practicing for the past 5 year.
I purchased a brand new car (Mahindra xuv 500 w8) bearing regd no ts 09 ea 6810, from vvc motors kothaguda hyderabad, in july 2014 and insured with bharti axa on a friend's recommendation.

Recently on 2.05.2016 the met with an accident on our way from hyderabad (Telangana) to kurnool (Andhra pradesh)

Place of rta - shamshabad
No of people travelling in the car at the time of rta - 04 (Including the driver, myself, my wife and a friend of mine who is also a physician in hyderabad).

There was a loud sound in the right front wheel (Which we figured was a tyre burst) by the time which that car rammed into divider with iron / metal railings and planted trees and plants.

No one in the car was hurt, no one on the road suffered any casualties and no police interference was there or no case was registered.

At the time of accident the car was severely damaged on the right front side and front windshield developed a "long crack" from top to bottom. I immediately took pictures

It has a few scratches on the left side but which i never claimed happened during the accident (As they were previous scratches).

After i registered a claim with the insurance company and i was given a claim number i did not receive any further communication. (Who was going to come for the survey, the contact number of the surveyor, date and time of car inspection by the surveyor, absolutely nothing)

The surveyor had come to inspect the car and after it was done the work shop people had intimated me. The work shop guy who was dealing with my car informed me that the surveyor did not approve the claim for the windshield.

And just the previous day i received an sms from the surveyor with his email id after which i sent the soft copies of the pictures of the car accident/damages to car. And after which i waited for 2 days for the surveyor to get in touch with me. But since he did not call, i called him to ask whether he received the images of the car accident and why he did not approve of the front wind - shield claim. He said he had a "suspicion" about the windshield claim.

Previously i never ever claimed any insurance, and i do not belong to a class of society to make false claims. And i have an immaculate record of paying my insurance premium on time, credit card bills on time. I urge to seek an explanation from the insurance company in writing for the way it is functioning (Most lame) and why they did not approve of the windshield claim.
