Hello ma'am Greetings of the day!!! I purchased 4g honda activa from shri balaji honda, bahadurgarh (Dealer of honda) on 1st may, 2017 on the name of mr. Sumit bhatia. The registration number is hr13m8797 and engine number is jfs0e85015488. The activa got damaged last month and i claimed it by bharti axa general insurance. At that time i was being told that my complete amount will be reimbursed. I paid rs. 7000/- and received rs. 4800/- I received a message from bharti axa that the surveyor will call or visit and explain us everything but neither surveyor visited nor called us what the hell is this?
