Bhutani Group — stopped cheque without prior information

I have invested in project of butani group (Cyberthum), noida.

1. Against this investment, i got only 11 advanced return cheques of rs 2042 each but actually they have committed to give advance 36 cheques or till possession as they sent confirmation via email to me.

2. As per choosen plan i have done my all payments by dec 2019 and i supposed to get returns cheques from jan 2020 onwards but bhutani group has given cheques from feb2020 onwards.

3. 2 months returns cheques i. E. Feb 2020 & mar 2020 has been cleared and surprised to know when bhutani group stopped 3rd cheque i. E. April 2020 without given prior notice to me.
