Big league lifestyles' is a gurgaon based firm. Their agents Sakshi (Mobile number [protected]) called me in June 2016 and I took its membership (league imperial) at Rs. 14000 for one year. My membership number is 70010636. Their privileges included booking of rooms in 4 star hotels for 4 nights plus other benefits in gym, spa, restaurants etc. I have the receipt of payment plus all their free and discounted vouchers. After taking membership, in few days time, the agent's phone number became unreachable. I call their customer care number [protected] several times for booking goa 28 sep. to 1 oct. of rooms in month of june they give me a time 6 September date (ref no-87655) after when I called them 6th sep. they told me no slot available at this date how this can possible my pre booking before 4 month but they don’t have room available and everyone know in month of sep. goa is off season.
