I purchased imperial package by paying rs. 14500 in dec, 2015. i tried to book rooms number of times, but they will simply give you one or other reason. i called for booking in start of june & asked for 1-3 july. on 20th june, they told me that booking is not possible. they tried to sell me package with double amount what hotel was offering me. they will also suggest you to pay more. do not fall in their trap. i am going to move consumer court for all this.
