Complaint details : We had registered with Big League last year in Sep 2015 and are regretting this decision today.
We paid 14500 in advance for 4 nights 5 days tour across India/international in the listed hotels .
We had planned a vist to Goa in Nov 2015 and accordingly informed Big league about the hotel and dates well in advance.
We were constantly assured that our booking is confirmed and will get the hotel confirmation letter 1 week before the check
in date. We were taken aback and utterly disappointed when we were told at the last minute that the booking cannot be
confirmed due to unavailability. Now again for past 1 month we are trying to book for Kasauli and they are selling us
packages and not confirming on what we are eligible as part of the enrollment. These packages cost much much more than the
