Bigbasket.com — Amount debited from bank account but order not placed

I placed a grocery order on Bigbasket on 14.01.2024.
(Order ID- TKOO[protected]

I did the payment from my SBI Account through net banking (Ref No of Transaction -IGAQSKVJH6)

The amount got debited from my account but the order did not get placed. I called Bigbasket Team and they also confirmed that the payment failed.

Can you please look into this asap and refund my money? This is really worrying and annoying.
