Now once subscription started, they are charging service charges on items and no free milk and no vouchers. We tried to catch him but his mobile was switched off.
I spoke with customer care executives and raised a complaint on Feb 18 to refund my money from my big basket wallet to my original mode of payment. They said within 48 hours they will initiate the refund now Day 4 running still not initiated and not giving my money back.
