[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — fake promise by bb daily

Hello...
I am so much frustrated to say that im one among the bbdaily customers as i have seen that there is continuos miscommunication and fake promises made by the executives (To be precise bbdaily). We should have told about the policies and offers when we are asked to signup to bbdaily by the agents... They have mentioned free milk and bag but now we havent get that from the past month and neither of my friends did... When i called customer service they have mentioned me that you will get the bag in two days (Same happened with my friends and roomates) and now when im calling them after a week they are mentioning that the same address people will not get the free bag and wow... Bbdaily agents are not aware of pg, hostels and flats where the people live on the sharing basis and really big woww... The people living in one flat should have only one account according to bbdaily... Congrats guys... You won by fooling customers... Im really fed up with your service even... The agent who has asked me to signup and mentioned that you can contact me incase of any help is now not responding to my call or message but the offers will be posted by the agent in my whatsapp and thats how your service is working... A big big clap from my side for your service and response to your customers... This message is not even from and so many of my friends too... Please note that we are so much frustrated and disappointed with your service

I had opted for bbstar premium membership in April for 6 months which was supposed to expire in September.

On 13th night I got an email stating that my bbstar membership had been cancelled as payment was not completed which isn't true as I had already paid for 6 months. I've the bill in my mail and bigbasket app order details.
I have raised concerns 5-6 times to bb daily customer care that their delivery guys is simply throwing everything at my gate instead of keeping it in the bb daily box. This is causing leakage of products also really getting embarrassed when many times its found at my neighbors gate in same leakage state. The customer care and even their senior executives are giving fake promises but nothing is resolved. I want to return their so called useless box, but they are not agreeing to that also. Please help.
