BB Order no - EXN-[protected][protected]. Placed order on 4th Mar for delivery on 5th Mar 2023 for the slot 7.30 to 10.30pm. Dint receive the order till 10.30pm. Called up the customer care at 10.40pm to get no update from them. They said they would call back in 15 mins with the update. But with no intimation or call, i see the delivery slot changed to Mar 7th 8.30am to 10.30am.
When i called the customer care again... they said vehicle broke down and we do not have slots for 6th March.
This is a very unprofessional behavior from BigBasket. Atleast they should have had a courtesy or a communication set right where they intimate the customers. So now for the order placed on 4th March, i am receiving it on 7th March. This is indeed disgusting. Was this information helpful? |
