[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — successfully applied coupon but didn't received cashback | |||
My coupon got applied successfully in my first order of big basket, till date i have not received any cashback. It was committed by the company. Max 48hours were committed but till time 72-74 hours are completed. I informed the customer service but i am getting no response from them. This is a way to do fraud with the customer. They don't have value of money and time of customers. This is merely a cheating with the customer. It was not expected by a big company like big basket. We lost trust in the company.
