Bigbasket.com — Transaction got failed & did not received refund for Rs 4000.

Address:Cosmos Jewels,Near D Mart,Thane(W), mumbai

I made a payment on number [protected] to load the wallet with Rs 4000. That transaction got failed later but i have not received any refund for the same.

I made the payment on sunday 5th feb 2023 to EBUZZBBDAILY via HDFC net banking and it got deducted from my account but does not credit to Bigbasket wallet.

Can you please check & provide me refund.
