Bigbasket.com — Very poor quality of vegetables supplied against my order

It is with disdain and very regretfully to inform you that the quality of all the leafy vegetables sent by you in response to my order are of the poorest quality and not fit for use.I had to throw away the entire lot of Bathua, Methi, Palak and Sarso leaf vegetable.The Bananna are hard like a rock and can not be consumed in the next 10 days at least.

I feel cheated by you and shall never purchase from you again be it be any item.Other suppliers like Amazon, flipcraft etc are many times better than bb.You are spoiling the brand of TATA.
