Bigbasket.com — Complaint regarding non receipt of order and rough behaviour of a senior person | |||
My order number MKOO[protected] products scheduled to b delivered between 5pm-7.30pm to my house.i called the customer service desk for 2-3 times after the allotted time (ie from 9pm onwards) and i got the reply from your end that the products will be delivered within 10 mins and so on.Lastly when i told ur customer service person that i wanted a talk from a senior official he transferred the call. but the senior person was very rude.when i said that i had no rice or other necessary items, he without solving the matter, instead paid no heed to my queries and when i said that from where do i get the rice since all shops nearby were closed he very uncordially said "I had investigated that you had ordered for your shop and not for your house?is this the way to talk to your customer?For your kind information, it is to be noted that i had no shop and all the products are for my household consumption...i want an apology from your end and compensation for not delivering the products on time and a call from your end asap Was this information helpful? | |||

I hd ordered fresh vegetables yesterday. Got delivery today. The beans are rotten with fungus all over. Kindly look into the matter and resolve. I want my money back or rplacement of thr product. Invoice number- BPI[protected]
