Hi, I have winner of one I pod mobile from bigsop.com by participant of contest (service order no.[protected] and deposited the required amount by net banking on 03.03.2014. There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working dates. I should have the products I have owned. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. I have sent them a query in written on 13.03.2014, from their site, where I have mentioned to let me know the status of the order. I got the below reply on 14.03.2014
from [protected]@bigsop.com, to my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com. and the mail has been Dear Sir, Thanks for writing to us. we have gone throught problem. our costumer care execute will get back to you within 24 hrs. you can also call to us on [protected]. Bigsop costumer care happy to help you regards. And I am shopping with them first time. Please help me on this. I do not know whether this is site is fully trusted or not.

Hi, I have winner of one samsung Galaxy S4 mobile from bigsop.com by participant of
contest (service order no. - (Service order no.[protected] and deposited the required amount 799.00 INR
by debit card on 02.07.2014. There it was written that expect delivery
within 4-5 working dates. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status. Also don't get ant response to till date. Already left 11 days. So request you to Pls respond immediately. Otherwise i need to take action.
