Bilcare — fd maturity amount not refunded

I have not received fd maturity amount which was expected 3 yrs back. It was postponed till dec 2017, but so far there has been no communication from bilcare, no phone numbers are reachable. Company financial losses should not create issues to investors like me. Despite if several follow-ups nothing has come in hand yet. I want my money back. Its a huge amount and i just can't let it go this way...
