Bilcare — FD maturity amt not paid even after 2 yrs of maturity. I

I made a FD with bilcare in 2016 for 100000. I wanted to take out my FD money once matured . But After 2 yrs i was paid back only rs20000& forceably renewed rs80000 for another 2 yrs, till now the interest was not correctly paid & inspite of my repeated emails they just ignore to reply .now this FD also matured in october 2020 . Now i dont know whats their plan .its almost one & half yrs & no interest paid & no information abt my principal amt
