Dear Sir, i am a customer of central bank of india and my acc. no. is [protected]. i made a online recharge for bsnl prepaid mobile of Rs 135/- through my net banking on 18/10/2014. the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from account but mobile service did not recharge. i want to know where my 135/- gone . please resolve my problem.
