[Resolved] Billdesk — Mobile bill pending and amount debited from my account

I paid my idea Prepaid bill of Rs 649 through BillDesk. The payment was successful and the amount debited from my STATE BANK OF INDIA account towards the bill payment.But idea has not got credited the amount yet and they reminded me again to pay the bill of Rs 649...i am paying two times but it was failed 2 times.
