MONEY DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT BUT NOT CREDITED IN BSNL SYSTEM I have transferred Rs.114/= from my ICICI online for BSNL landline / Broadband bill. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it has not been credited to BSNL system and it has shown in BSNL website: FAILED TRANSACTION. BSNL Transaction ID: TX[protected] Date:16/08/2014. Bill no[protected].
