Billdesk — my reliance prepaid dada card recharge failed

Dear sir/madam, I am srinivasan form hosur, I have paid the my reliance prepaid data card no:[protected] through Oriental bank of commerce debit card on 30.03.2015 at 9:57PM. but a notification that the payment cannot be processed though the amount was debited to my debit card. online payment of status shown: we are unable to process your transaction. Please reply to me immediately and send the payment receipt to my e mail: [protected]@gmail.com.

amount deducted twice from my a/c

Today at around 8 pm i paid three water bills through bill desk but the the amount was deducted twice from my account for the 2 bills please refund the amount as soon as possible

Payment Debited didn't get Transaction ID

I have made Payment of HDFC Credit Card page failed to load didn't get transaction ID and it has been debited for my IDBI accuont. Please confirm Transaction ID. Attached is IDBI Bank receipt.
