Dear sir/madam, I am srinivasan form hosur, I have paid the my reliance prepaid data card no:[protected] through Oriental bank of commerce debit card on 30.03.2015 at 9:57PM. but a notification that the payment cannot be processed though the amount was debited to my debit card. online payment of status shown: we are unable to process your transaction.
