Billdesk — SETC Bus Ticket Failure

Dear Team,
On 13/09/2016, I booked a ticket in SETC website from Marthandam to Coimbatore for amount Rs.393 with Ref no: GSBI[protected]IG0CRWMJO5 in SBI.

My account got debited but the ticket was not booked.
The amount was not returned back yet.
Kindly do the needful.
I tried calling SETC customer care but no response from them.The number is always busy.

I have recharge my Airtel mobile [protected] online through Billdesk and made payment of Rs. 498.00 from my SBI Debit Card on[protected]. Received a massage for purchase worth Rs. 498 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com txn#[protected]. But the payment is showing failed.

on[protected], i recharge 220/- from online bsnl, bank transaction done but not recharge yet or refund.
ref. transaction : INB/[protected]/BSNL (BILLDESK)
