Billdesk — payment receipt of my BB reliance mobile bill no [protected]

We have not recievd the payment reciept of my mobile no [protected] of bill period may june and june july. Normally in that case our office peon use to Reliance webworld and used to get the reciept generated
but now they have refused to provide the bills and advise me not pay thru online.

axis bank credit card bill payment not credit in account

axis bank credit card bill payment Rs. 2000 transaction id CN[protected] AND OTC: MCRP[protected] date: 04/08/2014 net banking transfer FROM CORPORATION BANK is not credit in account and also debit my account

Transaction unsuccessfull still account debited by Rs. 854

I tried to pay my Reliance mobile bill of Rs. 854, but the transaction remained unsuccessful. However my Axis Bank account is debited by Rs. 854. Kindly do the needful to refund my money.Regards, Vivek Vijayvergia
