Billdesk — Transaction not successful

Sir, I have done online payment for my BSNL Land line No [protected] for Rs58 on 20.09.14 .But amount deducted from my SBI debit card POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_B ill Pay txn#[protected]. But transaction not successful. Pl solve the matter.

Sir myself anil, i made online fee payment for KVS exam online payment of rupees 780rs through my icici debit card no [protected] ac no[protected],
But the payment was not successful and the amount of 780rs cut my account balance
