Dear Sir Sub: Case of Online Cheating & Fraud I had made an online order for an exotic breed of Bird eggs called "Scarlet Macaw". The order was placed through a company listed on Indiamart.com named " Birds Care Limited ". I spoke to the contact personnel Mr. Ramesh, phone no. [protected] & [protected] mentioned on their website and made enquiries about my purchase. The details of the bank for remittances and promise of delivery within a week were given to me by Ramesh. I ordered 6 Scarlet Macaw eggs costing me Rs. 12, 800.00 the payment for which I made on 18th March 2015. However I found that no active response was made by Ramesh to fulfill the promise. When I made follow ups, he kept delaying the deadline.
