Working at Biteclub had been tiresome for me until I resigned. The problems were many, including bad management, shortage of supplies, not only good grade food but also kitchen supplies like clean napkins etc. The kitchen is a closed space always smelling foul because of improper ventilation techniques. There were rats in the stock walkins. I was never truly out of work mode with the shortage of chefs around. It certainly does not meet the standards. The prep crew is negligible and those who are available are amateurs, spilling stuffs and using wrong knives. I left after doing doubles for 17 days in a row. Was this information helpful? |
