Biteclub — Complaints Against BiteClub Food, Services, And false Commitment | |||
I have order Food and order was confirmed . But after 1 hours 1 have not received any order from biteclub then I called to delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered, But i said i haven't received any order becuz i had payment through card after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message i received about confirmation, We all waited for more than 2 hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service. Heard lot about Biteclub and finally decided to place an order but really very disappointed with Biteclub services.Almost after 2 hours i didn't recieve any food . i called the customer care but they all are busy. after 3 and half hour i recieved the order which was cold and absolutely tasteless. very bad experience with Biteclub.
