Biteclub — Completely frustrated and harassed by Biteclub and their poor quality food

It was last Saturday night, my marriage anniversary and we decided to put up a small gathering of our parents and cousins., so we decided to order the special nights dinner from Biteclub.. Hence I called them, dictated them our order which they said would be delivered to us latest in an hour. I though that’s OK because we had 1:30 hours with us before our whole family comes up. After one hour and 35 minutes my door bell rang, my wife ran up to the door with the cash expecting delivery boy because it already too late, but to our disguise it were the cousins howling up with the wishes. I then called up the Biteclub's number and raise the complaint and they said sorry sir just 30 minutes more and I had to be patient because there is no other option. Then about almost 40 min later I received my order and then rushed with it to the dining table where everyone was glaring at us hungrily. My wife served the dishes which were packed in weird manner. As everyone took the first chunk of the paratha with different other dishes some of them felt like throwing out. The parathas were so hard and stale and gross smelling of overcooked dishes. Even the sabzis were full of ginger and garlic. The rice was so under cooked, the guests felt so insulted and I stood there with my heads down with both anger and shame. My anniversary night was all devastated by Biteclub rotten food, bad services and poor quality food. Completely frustrated and harassed by Biteclub bad experience.
