I have order Food and order was confirmed and supposed to reach within 1 hr. When I called at delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered and payment is received, after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message i received about confirmation, We all waited for more than 2 hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service.
