Sir/Madam,
I had submitted my Blackberry Z10 in Blackberry Care (Gol Market Branch) because of some touch pad problem, they told me that this set has to forward to the company for replacement and it will take 10-15 days but after 10-15 days when I went there again they said that it will take 10-15 days more and gave me a spare phone Blackberry curve 8520 which is also damaged. I don't even got a call from the company. Was this information helpful? |
