Blu Smart Mobility — Driver damaged the back side of my car and not ready for compensation

Blu Smart cab Driver "Arun Kumar R/vehicle number KA03AK8621" hit my car yesterday i.e. 16th Jan 2024 at backside and my car got damaged and dent happened and sensors(trunk) not working while opening Trunk door. When I took my car to the service center, since its a 2 months old car they are charging 26thousand rupees to replace the bumper and other sort of work. Hence I would like to request Blu smart team take action Mr Arun Kumar and reimburse my amount.
