Cab booked on 24th July from Gurgaon to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway station.
Driver after starting the ride, while taking U Turn in the street damaged the flooring of my building where we are tenants and after multiple calls with customer care and defined teams of Blu Smart they ar unable to resolved the issue and are not ready to provide compensation for the same. They are alsing driver to pay the amount and driver is not ready to pay the required amount to fix the damage.
Kindly help us with this issue as we are also living here on rent and owner is requesting to fix the damage caused by blu smart. Was this information helpful? |
