The courier service has never contacted me for delivery, The shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. Plz resolve this

Hello Soni Rupali here. Today I got unordered parcel from blue dart delivery. At that time I was not at home. And they took 800rs from one of my family members. And the product looks like that somebody already used it and then delivered. I want immediate action on that. Otherwise I go higher authority.

I applied for fast tag in online and it will be delivering through blue dart courier. But blue dart was unable to deliver the product to my address. Blue dart courier knows that my address is not reachable. Then why blue pick the courier and now they are showing that Out of Delivery area. So don't use Blue dart for courier sending purpose. You can use postal service. Postal service is better than blue dart courier....
