Really disappointed in today's delivery. The delivery boy was very rude and the package was not delivered to my house (the shipping address given). The delivery boy asked me to come to the nearby town and asked us to be there within half an hour. He told he would not call again, and that I had to wait at the town till he comes. He also told that If I was not there at the town by the time he comes he would just leave. And the most frustrating...

My bank document sent by bank on 11 Feb 2022 from Delhi to Ujjain on my home address, and the Sam's is delivered by 14 Feb 2022 as per tracker and received by me but I am not staying in Ujjian, they updated wrong details, I don't know where is my curiur, I am trying to contact customer care but haven't recive any positive response,
