Blue Dart Express — customer requested future delivery: hal | |||
It is regarding my Indian passport supposed to deliver from US Embassy, Mumbai to Surat. 2 days left in my return flight was from India to US and this guys still didn't deliver my passport. It is pathetic. The last status shows '"Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal". Now that what the hell it means??? I never called or requested to change the deliver date. Does Blue Dart people imagine on it's own that i have called? Stupid. Can't they use international standard on global statues? Looks like Blue Dart CEO and it's people needs English coaching classes. same thing with me i was waiting yesterday from morning to evening but didnt get my delivery and now its says that customer requested future delivery. what the hell is this, i never requested like this.
I had to receive our passports andthe parcels reached nearby location, rupnagar by expected delivery date. But now the status is updated that customer requested future delivery hals. What does it mean??we didn't make any request. How much delivery is to be expected yet???? Why don't you people care about such important couriers and update status on your own

Same thing is happening with me my product was supposed to be delivered today and it has arrived near my House's shipment area but the status is showing Customer Delivery Requested : hal
It is very unfortunate to inform you that my parcel which is supposed to be delivered till 23 of November has not reached yet to its destination. I will be in a trouble if it will not reached on time. I also checked the status but it is showing CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR FUTURE DELIVERY . I fail to understand that how come it is possible plz resolve my problem as soon as possible my bill no is[protected]

You mean from US embassy.
For example
With my personal request US embassy people sent my passport from Delhi to Vijayawada (Andhrapradesh).
Now I have to collect the passport from Vijayawada Bluedart location only right?

No call or information getting from delivery boy and your status tell the different story. I send the gift to delivered today as birthday date is today itself. Please resolve the issue today and deliver my courier
