There is no reponse to my complaint. Thereby i am posting it again. Please look in it immediately.
On Oct 10, 2022, I get a call from Blue mountain resort and hospitality (BMRH). They invite me and my husband to attend a programme and have dinner at Hotel Bagban Kratos Club. I accepted the invitation. When We go there, they talk to us about their membership plans. They show us a lot of benefits. They also showed us their certificate of excellence and a video where CM Bhupendrabhai Patel is giving an award to BMRH. The told us a final budget of Rs 250000/-. to which we refused.They asked us if we use a credit card. Since I have two cards I informed them So they reduced the budget to 200000/- because i had hdfc credit card. They also told that since you are a woman we give you this discount. We still didnt agree to 2 lac to which they said we can give you some cashback due to your card and the final amount approved was 171000/-. They asked us my card limits to which i responded and told them that onecard had 35000/- limit and hdfc had 75000/- limit. So they told us that we can pay 100000/- through both the cards by converting it to easy Emi for 24 momths with no interest.The remaining amount they said they will take after this payment gets cleared. i. e.after two years. They assured us that we have to pay our first Emi after 45 days and the amount wont exceed 4166/- ( of both cards).We informed that we did not carry our cards along with us.So they told us if we can tell someone at home to send the picture of the card. They somehow convinced us to buy the membership . After coming back home i realized if i was wrong so just went through google reviews. I found so many negative reviews where people wrote that this is a fraid company looting people. They dont give any benefits which they mentioned while selling their membership. I was worried and reported to hdfc customer care . They blocked my card. I also blocked my onecard through the application and mailed them to reverse thr transaction. But on Oct 12, 2022 I get a mail from hdfc bank about the approval of the EMI along with the repayment schedule where the first EM i payable is just 3 days away i.e. 16 Oct, 2022 that too with an amount higher than they promised. They assured me about being cheated. I called the sales representative of BMRH to cancel my membership to which they refused. They said they can transfer but it will take time.First when I complained about their fake membership due to reading negetive reviews they told us to trust them .They said people give negetive reviews because their ego gets hurt or because they are a competitor. But now when i get the statement from the bank, I am sure that I have been cheated. I cannot trust this fake company.
Therefore i am writing to the consumer care. Please take some strict action so that no more other people like us fall prey to such bogus companies. I request you to help me with this as you are the only hope left. Please help.
