We have purchased a 3 year membership plan which promisies us 6N/7D a year. But we are not getting services for our last 6N/7D holiday booking. When we inquired for booking in November they said we can take booking after december 2023 then we inquired after December they told us we cannot use you nights before May. My Son has been cheated by their list of Fake commitments and poorest service.

we were gifted a vacation where it was rather a struggle some affair. below mentioned are the fake commitments made.

1) *We have tie Ups with 4 and 5 star Brand Hotels and Resorts across India*- They provide rooms which does not have a tariff more that 2500 Rs. even...

We got a call from unknown number inviting for dinner and taking few minutes of company promotion, but after visiting them they have approached for membership which we were not interested at all. False and wrong commitments were given, then also we said no. After all this they said once you try our services paying only a part by way of emi, you cancel anytime and your money will be returned back, also offer many deals that were on that day...

Need to record everything while purchasing membership.

Because, after that which thing they will apply on you that you dont know.

My self Ajit Solanki-I received a call many times from Blue Mountain Resort for Dinner invitation & presentation of his holiday membership, finally on 11th June at Ahmedabad I went there & paid Rs 42000.
