Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to Inform you that I have registered member ship on 21/6/23 with Mr. Shahid at Hotel Haveli inn at sector -11 Gandhinagar.

I want to cancel my membership as soon as possible as there is no satisfactory service received from your end.

I have contacted following persons many times but they are not responding or picking my call.

I have attached payment receipt for your reference.

Also they have informed that payment from credit card shall be zero % intrest but it's not what they inform while showing scheme on 21/06/23.

Also they have informed if there is any kind of interest charges apply I can initiate for cancellation of membership. PFA screenshot of credit card transaction.

Also I have asked in written for commitments they have given to me for cancellation and refund of payment. And now I am contacting them but there is no response from them. ( Manager and Mr. Shahid ).

I am pursuing for the refund of payment but no one responded instead of continuous follow up.

Kindly help me to get refund from this fraud company.
