Blue Mountain Resort And Hospitality — False commitments for selling membership

Representative of blue mountain resorts & hospitality, Ms.Bhavika Dhabuwala & Ms.Kinjal had sold me their membership by promising different services . I had asked them to provide same things in written. They had agreed for the same. But, later on, they purposely delayed in providing the same in written. But, they had given telephonic assurance to provide the same services as promised during the presentation. I have proof for the same . They sold me membership of 35 Days package for 5 years claiming tenure of lifetime. In that, they had promised that, we can rent 21 days of our membership right away with 5000 INR per day minimum rent & additional AMF of 8999 will also be absorbed in the same for 3 years. they had promised to provide the same amount to me by Nov.30, 2022. Moreover, at the time of purchasing, they had told me that, its no cost EMI transaction through credit card. But, later on they levied 14.99% interest on the amount. On asking, they had agreed to provide interest amount back on monthly basis for 24 months. Again they told me that, if I foreclose EMI, then, they will provide me additional 16, 000 INR in rent. I had foreclosed the same, but I am yet to be paid my amount as promised. If my problem would not get resolved, I will address the same issue at next level
