I am Mukesh Mangilalji Chhajer from Ahmedabad. On 7th June, on wife Mobile a call come from Blue Mountain and Resorts, they said to come at Pride plaza hotel and take dinner and we give information about company. We go there, their sales person Ms Kesha ([protected]) and Mr Saurabh([protected]) give their plan of Rs. 150000- for 10 years membership for 70night +15 night extra. They check my Kotak bank credit card and said if I paid with card then there is no EMI for 36 months i.e. I have to Rs. 4167- per month for 36 months. And that time, they didn't ask about ASF (Annual subscription fees) (AMC). On 22nd June, I come know there is ASF RS. 8999- per year for 10 years and there is interest charge on card loan @18%. Now I have to pay Rs.200000- for Rs. 150000- in 36 months. I made complain on their customer care and said to me membership subscription is not refundable and both sales person had left job, So they can't do anything.
I want to cancel membership and get back my amount Rs.150000- Was this information helpful? |
