[Resolved]  Blue Mountain Resort And Hospitality — Membership scam and didn't give refund

I received a call from blue Moutain resort and hospitality to join for a dinner. I denied two times but after calling again and again I accept it and ho for dinner with my wife. One Mr. Akshay and so His manager namely Ma Hetal madam brie[censored]s for membership and for offer to stay 7 days each year for 3 years and showing video in which award received from CM bhupendra Bhai Patel. After denying all plan they convince us to take membership of 3 year for 55000 in which 34000 has paid at that time as converted through EMI and after seeing so much fraud news about this I called next day to refund and cancl it ..they told me it can be transfer not cancl . Now it's been 20 days they didn't take any action even not responding on phone or msg. I need my refund of 34000 rupees.
This has happened with many people as I know now.
